Our beef is born and raised right here in the Sacramento Valley and is completely traceable from birth to harvest. We have worked very hard to marry two very significant players in the beef industry. We have crossed fullblood Wagyu bulls renowned for their intense marbling and high percentage of oleaginous, inter-muscular unsaturated fat with well-bred certified Angus mother cows. The result is a product unmatched in the beef market. Along with the careful selection and breeding of our animals, we pride ourselves on our beef being 100% natural. We never feed antibiotics or hormones.
