Yuba River Ranch is a Fullblood and American Wagyu cattle operation located in Marysville, California, about an hour North of Sacramento. We have bred quality commercial Angus beef for over fifty years. We added fullblood black Wagyu to our program in 2014 in an effort to increase marbling in our cattle. Today we offer high qualtiy American Wagyu feeder calves as well as exceptional fullblood black Wagyu seedstock and genetics to our family of customers.

Yuba River Ranch’s Wagyu influenced beef features a buttery texture, complex flavors, subtle sweetness and a lingering finish not found at local grocery stores or even local butcher shops. Our beef is born and raised right here in the Sacramento Valley and is completely traceable from birth to harvest. We have worked very hard to marry two very significant players in the beef industry. We have crossed fullblood Wagyu bulls renowned for their intense marbling and high percentage of oleaginous, inter-muscular unsaturated fat with well-bred certified Angus mother cows. The result is a product unmatched in the beef market. Along with the careful selection and breeding of our animals, we pride ourselves on our beef being 100% natural. We never feed antibiotics or hormones.
